Miss Lyresh

Image and video hosting by TinyPic I'm a relatively good girl. I don't eat my salad. I have an absolutely sweet tooth and I like chocolates and candy floss although they make me look kiddish most of the time. I absolutely adore babies and toddlers and I often go gaga over them!

Say what?

♣ Foot care ♣

“Exfoliating the feet - and the hands - only takes a minute, and it really softens the skin. The soles of your feet are 20 times thicker than most other areas of the body, which is why you can use abrasive ingredients like salt, sugar, and cornmeal to slough off and soften them. Here are a few of my favorite ingredients to sweeten the feet.

Grapefruit. Fresh grapefruit is a tart, luscious exfoliant. Sit on the edge of the tub. Soak your feet in ankle-high cool water and rub sliced grapefruit over them. Massage sugar into your feet and drop them back into the cool water. After exfoliating, rinse the feet. Pat dry. Massage with a rich peppermint or citrus body or foot cream.

Lime. Try the same treatment, substituting slice lime for grapefruit, and a handful of coarsely ground cornmeal for sugar.

Lemon or Blood Orange. Try the same treatment, with lemon or blood orange and salt. Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil to the soak.

Avocado. Avocado oil is extremely moisturizing and rich in vitamin E. After one of the above treatments, massage a small dab of avocado oil into your feet.”

♣ Monostat Cream to help grow hair! ♣
Thursday, September 18, 2008

Did you know that monostat cream that we use for yeast infections can be used on the scalp to help grow hair! I read an article today that it can be used on the scalp.. that it's main ingredient delivers disolved oxygen into the scalp. You can mix it with a little olive oil to spread it onto your scalp, or you can use it straight from the tube... but some have gotten a slight headache from using it straight. It it is gentle enough to use on your most sensitive area, you know it can't hurt your scalp.

So if you knew you could grow your hair faster and thicker by using monostat cream on your scalp would you do it.? it's a lot cheaper than all that stuff that claims to grow hair and costs a lot and doesn't work. I read that a fairly high percentage of people can be helped with monostat.

Goodluck..

♣ Style of Jeans ♣
Sunday, September 14, 2008

jeans has to be the most popular item of clothing, most people all ages male and female at least have 1 pair of jeans..
And now they have become more stylish compared to at one time where they mostly were either flared or skin tight in plain colors

there is many more different styles now, for casual wear and some looking really funky for nights out happy.

I love my jeans and never have enough pairs of different colors, mostly different shades of blue, black and white, some with sequins. And i do like stretch jeans for nice comfort.

How about you!
What style of jeans you wear?

♣ Mindanao ♣
Tuesday, September 9, 2008

Mindanao, island of the Philippines, the second largest, after Luzon and southernmost of the country's major islands. The island is 500 km (300 mi) long and very irregular in shape. The Zamboanga Peninsula in the west is nearly divided from the main part of the island by Iligan Bay on the north and Illana Bay on the south. The coastline is marked with many bays and headlands, which afford shelter to ships during storms. The island is mountainous, and the mountains are covered with forests of teak, ironwood, cypress, ebony. The loftiest summit is the volcano Mount Apo, 2,954 m (9,692 ft) above sea level. The principal rivers are the Mindanao and the Agusan. The soil is exceedingly fertile and produces corn, rice, coconuts, bananas, pineapples, and abaca, or Manila hemp. Gold, copper, iron, and coal are the chief mineral resources. Stock farming is the most important economic activity of Mindanao. The chief cities on the island are Zambuanga, Davao, and Cagayan de Oro Population (1990) 14,536,000.
